ANALYTICS AND AUDIT TRAIL · INCLUDED WITH BOTH PRODUCTS

Your order data, working for your team.

Live dashboards over every order Weeva processes, questions answered in plain language, and a complete record of who did what on every order.

Illustrative example: a sales order analytics dashboard over fictional data, showing order volume, value and top customers.

What does the order analytics dashboard show?

The dashboard shows every order Weeva has processed: volume and value by day, customer and channel, orders awaiting review, review and correction rates by field, and receiving discrepancies by supplier where Goods Receiving Automation is in use. You can ask questions in plain language and get an answer with the underlying rows. Every change to every order is recorded against the user who made it.

Every order, counted as it arrives.

The figures shown are sample data from a fictional distributor, not results from a client.

Can I ask my order data a question in plain language?

Type the question the way you would ask a colleague. The answer comes back with the rows behind it, so you can check it rather than trust it.

Three views your ERP reports don't give you.

  • Volume and value

Volume and value by customer, channel and day.

  • Review and correction rates

Review rate and correction rate by field, so you see where the model is uncertain.

  • Receiving discrepancies

Receiving discrepancies by supplier, when Goods Receiving Automation is in use.

Built on the orders in your ERP.

Analytics reads the orders Weeva processes and the customers and products they resolve to in your ERP, so the dashboard and your ERP agree on every order.

Plus any other cloud ERP or accounting package, through an adapter on the same connector framework.

Analytics covers the orders Weeva processes. Reporting on the rest of your business stays in your ERP.

What finance and operations leads ask.

Is this a replacement for my ERP reports?

No. It covers the orders Weeva processes and the work done on them. ERP reporting stays in the ERP. What the dashboard adds is the part your ERP never sees: how orders arrived, which channel they came through, what needed review and which fields your team corrected before anything was posted.

Who can see the audit log?

Users with the right permission in your account. Every user's own actions are always attributed to them. Access is controlled per user and per action, so you decide who can view the log and who can export it. Finance and management typically review the trail; the order desk sees the history of the orders it works on.

Can I export it?

Yes, to Excel or CSV. Exports of the audit log carry the user, the action, the order, the field, the value before and after, and the time, so finance and auditors can work with the trail in their own tools without asking anyone to pull it together by hand.

How current is the dashboard?

It updates as orders are processed. An order that arrives by email or WhatsApp appears in the counts once Weeva has read it, and moves from awaiting review to synced as your team works through it. There is no overnight batch to wait for.

What can I ask it?

Anything answerable from order data: customers, products, values, dates, channels, review reasons, users. It shows the rows behind every answer. Questions about data Weeva does not hold, such as stock on hand in your warehouse, belong in your ERP reports.

Does it track users individually?

Yes. Each processed order and each change carries the user who did it and the time. That includes approvals, syncs to the ERP, deletions and catalogue changes. The record shows who confirmed each order and who changed each field, which is what finance and auditors ask for first.

See Weeva on your own orders.

Pick a time that suits you. Bring three sample orders, including one your team finds awkward, and we'll run them through extraction and catalogue matching live. No obligation.
