INTEGRATIONS

Straight into the system you already run.

Structured orders and GRVs push into your ERP, accounting or inventory system by API. No double entry. New connectors are configuration and adapters on one framework.

Illustrative example: A PO record card fanning gold connectors out to ERP tiles for Sage, SAP, Syspro, Xero, NetSuite and Odoo, each tile lighting in turn.

Which ERP systems does Weeva integrate with?

Weeva pushes sales orders and GRVs into Sage (200 Evolution, 300, Accounting, Pastel), SAP (Business One, S/4HANA), Syspro, Xero, QuickBooks, NetSuite, Acumatica, Cin7, Zoho Books and Inventory, Odoo, Katana, Palladium and SOS Inventory. Connectors are built on one framework, so a system not listed is an adapter, not a project.

What does Weeva read from and write to my ERP?

Read the master data. Write the documents. Never guess.

What Weeva reads
Customers, products and variants, pack sizes, addresses, and open purchase orders for receiving.
What Weeva writes
Sales orders, GRVs, customers on request, and attachments where the ERP supports them.
How it behaves
Idempotent pushes, a dry run before go-live, per-account routing for multi-company setups, clear errors surfaced to the operator, and nothing retried silently.

No ERP yet, or a spreadsheet workflow?

Weeva works without an ERP too. Every reviewed order can be downloaded as an Excel workbook with a header sheet and a lines sheet, or copied straight into your own workbook layout, grouped the way your team works. When you do move to an ERP, the connector picks up from there.

What ERP owners ask.

Do you support on-premise ERPs?

Yes, through their APIs or a connector service. Sage 200 Evolution and SAP Business One installed on your own servers are the common cases in South Africa. How Weeva reaches the system depends on how it is hosted and what it exposes, so the route is scoped with your IT team during discovery.

What if my system is not listed?

Ask us. Connectors are built on one framework, so a cloud ERP or accounting package with an API is an adapter on that framework, and its build is scoped in discovery. If your system has no API, the Excel download and copy-for-Excel exports work in the meantime.

Is the integration two-way?

Where the ERP supports it, yes. Weeva reads your customers, catalogue, pack sizes, price lists and open purchase orders, and writes sales orders and GRVs. Reading keeps matching current with your master data; writing removes the double entry. Each integration page lists exactly what is read and written.

What happens if the ERP is unavailable?

The order waits, the error is shown to the operator, and nothing is retried silently. Every push carries a unique key, so when the order is sent again after the ERP comes back, it cannot create a duplicate. The order keeps its full history while it waits.

Can Weeva create customers in my ERP?

Yes, on request from the operator, never automatically. When an order arrives from a customer who is not yet in your ERP, the order is held and the operator is offered the option to create the customer. Nothing is added to your customer list without a person deciding it should be.

Do you replace my ERP?

No. Weeva sits alongside the ERP you already run. It takes over the reading, matching and checking that happens before an order or a GRV is captured, and hands the finished record to your ERP. Your stock, accounting and reporting stay exactly where they are.

See Weeva on your own orders.

Pick a time that suits you. Bring three sample orders, including one your team finds awkward, and we'll run them through extraction and catalogue matching live. No obligation.
