How much does Weeva cost?

Weeva's price depends on your volume and order types. Each client is placed on a volume tier, set mainly by how many orders and order lines you process each month. There is no one-size price list. Send a handful of sample orders and your estimated monthly volumes, and we quote within an hour.

How is Weeva priced?

Every client is priced on a volume tier. The tier is set by what flows through Weeva each month, so a small order desk and a busy distribution centre are not charged the same.

What sets your tier

  • Monthly orders, lines and format.

    How many orders you process each month, and how many lines a typical order carries.

  • The products you use.

    Sales Order Automation and Goods Receiving Automation are quoted separately.

  • Your ERP connector.

    A native connector is configuration; some adapter builds carry a charge, scoped in discovery.

What else is in the price?

  • No per-user charges.

    Unlimited users, so everyone on your order desk, finance and operations teams can work in Weeva at no extra charge.

  • A nominal once-off integration fee.

    Setting up your ERP integration carries a nominal once-off fee, shown in your quote.

  • A three-month minimum term.

    Your agreement runs for at least three months.

Why is there no public price list?

Because order desks differ too much for one list to be fair. A business processing a few hundred simple orders a month and one processing thousands of long, multi-page orders need different tiers. Pricing per client means you pay for the volume you actually process, and you get a real number quickly instead of a range.

What do you need from us to quote?

A handful of sample orders, your estimated monthly volumes, and the exact name and version of your ERP. Choose typical orders, plus one your team finds awkward, in whatever format they arrive: PDF, spreadsheet, email, scan, photo or WhatsApp screenshot. For volumes, a rough count of orders per month is enough. Email them to [email protected].

How quickly will we get a quote?

Within an hour of receiving your sample orders and estimated monthly volumes. The samples tell us what your orders look like and the volumes tell us which tier fits, so we can price from your real documents rather than a guess. If anything is unclear, we ask before we quote.

Does the price change if our volumes grow?

Your price follows your volume tier. If your monthly volume grows into a different tier, your price moves with it, and the quote sets out how tiers apply to your account. Because the tiers are built around volume, you can start with one product or one group of customers and grow from there.

Are there set-up fees, a minimum term or per-user charges?

Setting up your ERP integration carries a nominal once-off fee, and some adapter builds carry a charge, scoped in discovery. The minimum term is three months. There are no per-user charges: users are unlimited, so everyone on your order desk, finance and operations teams can work in Weeva at no extra charge.

Is the demo charged?

No. The demo carries no charge and no obligation. It is thirty minutes on your own sample orders: we run them through extraction, catalogue matching and the review screen live, so you see what Weeva would do with your documents before you ask for a quote. You can send your samples and volumes at the same time.
