Can Weeva create sales orders in SAP Business One?

Yes. Customer orders arriving by email, WhatsApp, upload or a watched folder are read, matched to your SAP Business One customers and catalogue, checked and reviewed, then created as sales orders in SAP Business One. The original document stays linked to the order in Weeva, and the SAP Business One reference is recorded against it once the push succeeds.

Can Weeva post goods receipts in SAP Business One?

Yes, as the Goods Receipt PO. The receiver photographs the delivery note, Weeva finds the open purchase order in SAP Business One, compares every line, and the Goods Receipt PO is created against it once the receiver confirms. Partial deliveries leave the balance open, and the delivery note photo stays with the receipt in Weeva.

What does Weeva read from SAP Business One to match orders?

Weeva uses them to match each order line to the right SAP Business One item, price orders that arrive without prices, and flag anything that differs from your list. Reading keeps matching current as your catalogue changes, so there is no separate product list to maintain.

An adapter. It is built on the same connector framework as Weeva's native connectors and configured for your SAP Business One setup, and the build is scoped in discovery. Pushes carry a unique key so a retry never duplicates, and a dry run shows what would be created before go-live.

Yes. Each order's buyer is matched to the right business partner in SAP Business One, using what Weeva remembers about the sender, their name and their aliases. A buyer it cannot place is flagged rather than guessed, and a new business partner is created only when an operator asks for it.
