Human review
What is human review?
Human review is the step in which a person checks and confirms the parts of an automated result that the software is not sure about, before anything is committed. In order automation, it covers low-confidence fields, uncertain product matches, missing required fields, totals that do not add up and possible duplicates.
The aim is not to check every order, but to send only the cases that need judgement to someone qualified to judge them.
Why it matters
Automation without review either stops too often or makes mistakes silently. Review focused on uncertain cases keeps a person in charge of the decisions that matter, while routine work flows through.
How Weeva handles it
